Review & Giveaway : Eco Vessel Insulated Vacuum Sealed 17 Ounce Stainless Steel Bottle

Eco Vessel recently allowed me to test out one of their Insulated Vacuum Sealed 17 Ounce Stainless Steel Bottles. The bottle is absolutely wonderful and it has replaced one of my older stainless steel bottles as the new bottle that I carry around with me everywhere. Plus, I love the beautiful green color of the bottle, it's a nice change from the drab color of steel!

I love to use stainless steel bottles to carry around water so I can have a clean (and wallet friendly) drink when I go out for the day and to take on vacations. My new Eco Vessel bottle is lightweight and seals tightly, so it was no problem for me to store this in a backpack or in the car without leaks. The shape of the bottle,with its slightly tapered center, also makes it easy and comfortable to hold. There is also no metallic smells or tastes so the bottle leaves water tasting clean and fresh.




My bottle arrived with 2 removable strainers that can be used for keeping ice or tea bags in the bottle while you drink, this is a really great extra feature in conjunction with the insulation. Since its summer I haven't yet tried this with hot beverages, but I did fill the bottle with hot water (not scalding) and found the external surface of the bottle to not warm up very noticeably at all- nice! The bottle has worked out great with cold beverages, keeping them nice and chilled for hours at a time.

All of Eco Vessel's bottles are BPA free and made of food grade stainless steel. In addition the stainless steel is 100% recyclable (earth friendly, yay!). The insulated vacuum sealed 17 oz. bottle retails for $17.95 which isn't bad considering how long this bottle will last and how much you will use it!
