Review and Giveaway : Burn Cream MD

I was recently given the opportunity to sample new Burn Cream MD To Go, a healing cream formulated to provide immediate relief from burns, to speed up burn healing, and to minimize burn scarring. Unfortunately (or fortunately, rather) I didn't actually have the opportunity to try this product, that is to say, in the past few weeks I haven't burned myself.... yet. What I can say about this product is that it's an awesome concept and a perfect addition to any first aid kit and to have on hand before a burn occurs. Burn Cream MD would be especially handy if you have children who are at the age where they are using the oven and stove top for the first time.

Anyone who spends some time in the kitchen cooking knows that oven and stove burns are pretty much inevitable and unavoidable. My last oven burn occurred on my wrist, and while it wasn't a serious burn, I now have a sizable, permanent scar where my skin came in contact with the oven wall. I would have loved to have a product then that would have helped minimize the scarring.

Although I haven't tried Burn Cream MD yet personally, I think these testimonials from top professional chefs speak for themselves:

"After applying this cream to a recent burn, the pain was immediately dulled. The wound healed quickly and the night ended seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Burn Cream MD to my chefs, my friends and my family."

-Chef Mario Batali

"I was pleasantly surprised how well Burn Cream MD worked for me and for my staff. Not only did it absorb quickly... it reduced the sting of my serious burns effectively. I am happy to have found a terrific solution to this frequent hazard for chefs."

-Chef Emeril Lagasse

  1. I learned it has aloe. The welding teacher at our local high school uses this for the kids that get minor burns, and says it works really great.

  13. I liked "less scarring". I burned myself not once but twice this week on a pot on the stove. I wish I'd had this.
